Jiangyin Dongyuan Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer to produce the forging, the round steel and the forging ingot. The company is equipped with the steelmaking foundation. The forging equipment includes 800T and 1600T hydraulic quick forging machines, which are imported from West Germany by Lanzhou Petrochemical Factory, and 300T hydraulic Press. The company also has the car type heating furnace, batch type furnace, continuous furnace and 10M length annealing furnace, etc.
Our company can produce forging, forging roundness with the weight not more than 20T. The forging includes step shaft, gear and module, as well as cake type forging. The forging roundness: Dia110~800mm and we carry out products with materials supplied by clients
Steel type includes high quality carbon structure steel, carbon tool steel, alloy structure steel, alloy tool steel, spring steel and stainless steel. Total reaches 50 types. The annual production capacity is over 30 thousand tons.

We have supplied products for Luojing Project of Shanghai Baoshan Steel, German SMG company, Changzhou Baoling Heavy Industry and Jiangxi Xingang Mechanic and Electric Company. In recent past two years, we successfully developed the international market and the products were exported to Europe and America. In 2007, the annual output reached over 30 thousand tons and total production value reached RMB 150 million yuan. In 2008, the annual output reached over 40 thousand tons and total production value reached RMB 200 million yuan.
